Daily Duties at Al Bustan Centre & Residence.:
(1) Managing the daily operation of rooms, Front Office, Housekeeping and Laundry, due to the big number of rooms. (2) Budgeting and forecasting in coordination with Finance and concerned departments. (3) Supervising and following-up on F&B operation. (4) Managing and monitoring the day-to-day operation for Sales & Marketing and Reservations. (5) Recruitment for all positions in coordination with the H.R Director. (6) Supervising mall management operation. (7) Supervising kids' Club operation. (8) Supervising Security function. (9) Supervising Engineering department and follow-up on preventive maintenance plan and projects' progress. (10) Monitoring the Guest satisfaction. (11) Staff satisfaction, assessment and succession plans in coordination with HODs and H.R Director. (12) Responsible for Yield management and coordinating between Front Office, Reservation Department and Sales Department for achieving the best REVPAR. (13) Responsible for health and safety measures, heading the HACCP committee and the Fire prevention team. (14) Conducting all necessary communication meetings on daily, weekly, monthly basis. (15) Leading the Executive Committee for executing the business and operating plan to achieve budget. (16) Managing Public Relations functions and media relations. (17) Conducting daily inspection on rooms, Food outlets and other areas. (18) Supervising the function of Duty Managers, analyzing their reports for the benefit of the operation. Number of staff managed: 450 – 500 associates.
