Daily Duties at Ramada Hotel & Suites :

(1) Budgeting, cost control & financial analysis. (2) Introducing and enforcing the implementation of business plans. (3) Introducing and implementing business and operating plans with concerned HODs. (4) In-depth involvement in rooms and F&B operations. (5) Managing the day-to-day Sales & Marketing activities. (6) Contracting with major suppliers in coordination with Procurement Head Office. (7) Recruitment for all staff levels in coordination with H.R department. (8) Supervising staff welfare in coordination with H.R department. (9) Monitoring Guest satisfaction rating, taking action as and when necessary. (10) Introducing systems, policies & procedures matching with owning company requirements and Ramada International norms. (11) Coordinating between Wyndham corporate office and Owning Company. (12) Reviewing and auditing preventive maintenance plan with Engineering department. (13) Directly responsible for the standard of product and standard of service. (14) Managing Pre-opening operation. (15) Directly responsible for health & safety measures as per the standard of Ajman Government and norms of Wyndham International. Number of staff managed: 200 – 250 associates.
