Daily Duties at Al Fardous Holding For Hospitality.:
(1) Company future development and expansions. (2) Creating business plans and operating plans and approve them from Chairman for immediate implementation. (3) Budgeting for all existing operations and projects. (4) Directly managing Sales & Marketing function for the hotel apartments & restaurants. (5) Personally supervising Government relations such as Municipality, Civil Defense, labor,…... (6) Managing daily operation for the existing properties/outlets. (7) Introducing and discussing feasibility studies for future projects with Chairman and head office finance team. (8) Supervising health, safety and security function with the concerned departments. (9) Auditing all departments' transactions in coordination with the Finance department, Income auditors and External Contracted Auditors. (10) Supervising H.R function with Human Resources Head Office. (11) Monitoring and managing guest satisfaction rating with responsible HODs. (12) Conducting market surveys for all existing and future hospitality projects in Dubai. (13) Quality assurance, ensuring that quality of rooms, food and other services are on line with the international standards and norms of the Department of Tourism & Commerce Marketing Dubai. Number of staff managed: 100 – 120 associates.
