Daily Duties at Cmi America, Inc:
I was hired to carry out two responsibilities. 1. Country advisor for the United States, part of the Corporate HR team that make all decisions on HR programs, policies, and procedures. 2. In the United States I serve as HR Director for all 4 USA entities. As part of the Corp HR team I was responsible to assist in designing the programs and tools we would use for Recruitment, Annual Appraisals, Benefit and Compensation packages, Corporate Policies and Procedures, Succession and Career Development Planning and Expatriate Mobility Program. These HR programs were implemented around the world to over 6,000 employees. I also served on the training team that trained employees on each new program as we rolled them out using Skype or traveling to specific countries or locations as needed. For the US entities which includes about 200 employees, I am an officer and member of the Executive team for all 4 entities and I managed a team of 5 HR professionals overseeing HR functions including, Strategic Planning and alignment of HR goals to meet the company goals, Budgeting, Legal Compliance (Local, State and Federal), Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment, Employee Relations, Policies and Procedures.
