Daily Duties at Nhcc:

Administrated In-House payroll system with industry software. Maintain Human Resource files, preparing and communication with staff. Prepare all events billing and cost analysis with recommendations to Chef and Club Manager. Train staff with new POS system procedures. Inventory controls overview.
