Joined the firm in 1998 as one of the Directors to launch the first generation global private equity funds of AIG, called the AIG Silk Road Fund. Over years, managed and became a senior executive of the firm's alternative investments group, in charge of various private equity strategies and investments- including CEO/President for Eurasia & the Middle East, Executive Comm. Member for global markets including Russia, Turkey, Middle East, Central Asia and Africa. Also a Co-Managing Director for Fundraising in Europe and the Middle East. 3 years sabbatical between 2004 and 2007 to manage personal investment business, Capitalinka.
