Daily Duties at Sy Tech Corporation:
Manage the radio interoperability system (RIOS) program and team members. Oversee hiring of team members and annual performance evaluations, managed procurement process, managed supplier relationships, managed supply and product inventory for contract fulfillment, quality assurance over manufacturing process and product functionality. Created product user manuals, technical diagrams, and product warranty policy. Acted as the sales and product demonstration lead, would travel to customer sites to setup and demonstrate the product. Participated as a product expert for sales opportunities at industry trade shows.
