• Compiled and file the Sales & Use Tax return and Personal Property Tax Returns and pay- ments for five companies. • Contract Analysis for tax issues for five companies, interface with all levels of management as well as outside contractors. • Filed various Federal forms for vehicles and permits needed to operate facilities and dyed diesel fuel usage reports. • Responded to questions from over 200 sites, as well as training for site personnel. • Completed and file for exemptions, business licenses, and sales permits from various states and federal government were needed. • Completed state audits as needed. • Researched problems and work with outside Accounting firm where needed. • Created a tax budget and reconcile tax accounts. Other special projects as needed.
