Daily Duties at American Honda Motor Co, Inc.:
Designed and coordinated tools and equipment for the Acura Accelerated Service (AAS) program. Facilitated tool and equipment programs for auto, motorcycle, power equipment and marine programs. Conducted dealer survey visits and troubleshot technical problem areas within AAS Bays. Provided technical support with research and procurement for tool and equipment evaluations. Performed testing and validation of tools and equipment for all groups. Monitored and reviewed tools and equipment websites for quality issues, ensuring quick resolution. Interacted with suppliers and other departments to ensure websites reflected Honda image and quality. Planned/attended tool & equipment program activities at dealer/supplier meetings, monitor resources.
