Daily Duties at First Group:
Established, lead and accountable for a Project Management Office with eight delivery programs supporting three business lines in North America. With seven full time and contract delivery managers and 300+ business and technical team members, responsible delivering enterprise-level and transformational projects supporting 75,000 employees in 850 locations across North America and the United Kingdom. Delivery Areas: 1) End User Devices, Network, Security and O365, 2) Infrastructure and Engineering, 3) JDE Platform Upgrade, 4) Financial Systems, 5) HRIS Systems, 6) SharePoint Business Applications, 7) Data Center Application Move and 8) Site Base Open/Close management.
