Complete oversight of 70 local agents, 300 – 400 offshore agents and six off shore high-volume call centers, running corporate campaigns with non-stop daily and year round customer support services. Designed and implemented sales strategies, recruited, trained, and developed employees to support campaign launches and exceed initial projects and expectations. Record of doubling yearly sales goals by analyzing information, sales data, restructuring operations, and improving internal/external processes. Maintained and promoted effective open-door policies by developing excellent working relationships with employees, coworkers, and senior management.
