Daily Duties at Amercable Inc:
Responsible for human resources activities. Liaison between management and employees. Developed and managed the recruiting, hiring and onboarding process. Supervised the transition from self-documenting time tracking payroll system to bar-code electronic system engaging employees in development process that achieved system acceptance. Led the procurement and design of the company’s benefit offerings including health, dental, 401(k), and vacation plan. Responsible for keeping the company current and in compliance with federal, state and local regulations. Researched and implemented the Company’s affirmative action plan.
