Daily Duties at Office Max/Office Depot:

Ensure every customer is 100% satisfied. Maximize sales by developing customer-oriented associates first and sales first. Develop store-level action plans to improve sales and performance. Manage payroll administration, budgeting and annual performance review process. Analyze profit & loss statements; identify issues work with ASMs and supervisors to develop action plans. Provide support and guidance to the ASMs and associates. Develop strategic action plans to control shrink and other controllable expenses. Develop strategy to obtain acceptable internal audit score. Complete Succession planning for the store on a quarterly basis. Perform Annual Review on Assistant Managers yearly. Home base store for District LP and safety manager for 10 years. Store volume $3 – 8.5 million.
