Assist Store Manager with overall management of store operations. Take part in management of store personnel, including hiring, develop supervision, and discipline. Prioritize daily activities for associates, communicate, follow-up and hold all associates accountable for their goals and task of each day. Maintaining relentless customer service to every customer. Assist manager in yearly inventory preparation and schedule to ensure a quality inventory that meets yearly shrink. Cleanliness of the store every day to create a great shopping experience for every customer. Store volume $4.5 million.
