Daily Duties at Billet Industries, Inc.:
Provide strategic planning, forecasting, and analysis in response to a rapidly changing business environment to achieve critical objectives. Prepare financial and operational reports for various internal and external parties, and oversee the general ledger, company and departmental budgets, sales gross margin, full-cycle cash management, and the coordination of annual CPA reviews. Manage policy development, payroll, employee health benefits, 401(k) administration, and workers’ compensation. Oversee customer service initiatives and communication.
