• 30,000 square feet commercial building Tenant Improvement in Calabasas, CA Project Management, Interior Design & Schematics ( budget $5M), Street address change application/approval & Budget and schedule preparation • 63 unit condominium project in Calabasas known as "The Pointe at Calabasas" with entitlement and pre-development work. $15 Million • 264 tract homes development project in Santa Clarita known as "Wes Thompson Ranch" responsibilities were entitlement work, pre-development planning and preparation for infrastructure development. $500 Million (project was sold to K Hovnanian after the Bulk Grading Permit was release)
