• Planned, developed and launched a new National Sales Division in Tampa, FL followed by a satellite office in Sarasota, FL which included; hiring new employees, developing their job descriptions, training, re-training, territory alignment and data processing / record keeping • Captured $70M+ in sales within 12 months, maximizing tight resources after successfully planning and rolling out a National Sales Department • Developed and allocated geographic sales territories nationwide and expanded the operational mission for over 120 Business Development Managers to bridge the gap between Marketing and Sales • Planned, executed and implemented specialized seminars for CPAs, insurance brokers, and franchises for Strategic Partnership Programs nationwide greatly increasing revenue and profitability • Led initial operations in four newly acquired states as a key participant in the National Expansion Program, surpassing the 30% growth goal • Heightened internal efficiency by introducing new processes that included the establishment of benchmarks and accountability standards, developed career path for all levels, utilized individual strengths to elevate morale and maximize performance • Identified potential target markets capable of hiking bottom line revenue growth, drafting marketing plans to fuel business development in the top profit-producing industries by SIC Codes • Heightened production volume by designing and training an elite Platinum Division and directing qualified leads to them for client retention • Increased net revenue by identifying and targeting new, high-profit industries by 35%
