Daily Duties at Argosy University, Inc.:

• As the Chief Sales Executive, consistently exceeded conversion goals for 19 locations in 14 States increasing New Student Starts, sales revenue, and overall profitability • Improved customer service/Call Center response rate, revamped and reallocated work-force schedule employee satisfaction successfully reducing first contact time from 72 hours to 15 minutes resulting in a 50% increase in contact rate • Contributed to 60% of company’s Application goals for all 19 locations nationwide by maximizing resources and development of procedures based on performance metrics analysis • Reduced all operational costs of the National Admissions Office consisting of: a National Call-Center (inbound and outbound responsible for all pre-enrollment activities, nationwide); a Data Processing Center (Responsibilities incl.: CRM Management and collateral package fulfillment center); and finally, a Reporting Dept. for the entire Company (Executive, Campus, and Departmental Level reports), for Analysis and Forecasting for Admissions and Marketing performance • Expanded the Department’s operational mission to bridge the gap between Marketing and Admissions to improve new lead quality for higher conversion rate: Lead – Student Start • Hired, trained all staff, designed and implemented departmental policies & protocols, new hire training manuals, created career path for staff employees, set performance standards, applied Performance Improvement Management Plan to boost employee morale, higher job satisfaction and, retention for over 55 employees • Demonstrated extreme resource management, innovation, as well as leadership skills by increasing admissions ratios with no increase in operational expenses • Key contributor and strategist to corporate executives and campus Directors to improve student satisfaction during the enrollment process based on individual campus demographics and program offerings • Worked closely with VP of Marketing to establish multiple, successful marketing planning models for all 19 locations with a budget of 30 million dollars to minimize cost per lead and increase sales conversions • Dynamically monitored, reviewed and managed customized projects, direct marketing campaigns to optimize local processes and increase lead to start ratios • Achieved key performance objectives for increasing sales revenues for three consecutive years and served as Executive Committee member
