• Top sales Region in the entire Everest University Online Division for Jul 2011, Jan, Apr, Jul and Oct of 2012 • Achieved a Start Rate of 77% (Enrollment to New Student) in Jul 2011 • Surpassed all time company record in Oct 2009 as a new DOA with newly hired team with 125 new students • Reduced staff turnover from 30% to a record-low of 10% building and maintaining a combined management and agent staff of approximately 100 employees • Achieved and exceeded corporate budgets and goals for 10 consecutive new student starts • Exceeded and maintained the Divisional Enrollment rate by 26%, increasing from an expected write-rate of 15.5 per employee to 19.5 for the first 3 quarters • Set new record with 1,357 number of net starts for FY 2013 - Q1 in the entire Online Division • Inherited the lowest producing Region in the company and turned around Lead to Start conversions within six months. Achieved top ranked Region recognition in gross and net number of new students, retention, revenue, and profitability • Designed, implemented and successfully executed a new student enrollment process by improving Enroll-Start rate while maintaining and increasing regulatory and compliance standards procedures • Ensure absolute compliance with all regulatory and institutional policies. Successfully developed site-wide education protocols and operational procedures to reduce enrollment errors, with potential for compliance violations by over 90% (Ave of 55/wk was reduced to <5/wk) with a future goal of zero defect rate within 3 months • Developed, initiated, designed and implemented a customized collateral material for Enrolled students to increase student retention and clearing ratios from Enroll – Start • Increased re-entry enrollments by 10% by decreasing time for Proof of Re-entry process and implementing new procedures • Successfully managed a key project to increase inter-departmental efficiency by developing and implementing a new communication plan • Led the hiring, development, retention, and advancement of all Admissions staff. On-going training to ensure professional knowledge is current • Influential in improving and sustaining employee self-esteem, reducing downtime and, increased employee efficiency levels • Increased accuracy for all budgeting and forecasting metrics • Observed and reported gaps due to new staff schedules that negatively affected timely service to prospective students. Initiated and implemented Contingency Plan designed to reduce and eliminate these gaps to allow smooth communication and movement of student’s Enrollment Process through our pipeline seamlessly
