Prepared manuscripts for publication. • Performed immunocytochemistry of yeast cells for fluorescent microscopy; conducted confocal microscopy. • Co-authored two review publications: on the role and function of Rab GTPases; and on the use & interpretation of assays for monitoring autophagy. • Prepared research manuscript on the role of Rab GTPase in selective autophagy for submission to high-impact peer-reviewed journal.
