• Provided engineering support for pre/post production in product manufacturing and services in the commercial division of Boeing 787 and 767 airplanes. • Kept production lines of Dreamliner final body assembly on track identifying root causes for non- conformance, analyzing them accurately and providing optimum engineering solutions in time • Performed a wide-range of complex engineering analysis to provide repair solutions of 1000+ Boeing 767 aircrafts for all major airlines around the glove • Improved various processes for a data storage system, ENOVIA, to store data electronically which reduced $100K analysis cost yearly • Reduced annual fleet support costs by 20%, shortened cycle times by 15%, and minimized resource usages by 10% developing “Search Eagle” re-engineering tool (Awarded The Most Creative Engineering Tool in Leanfest IX at Boeing in 2011) • Had the fleets operational for the commercial division of Boeing 777 aircraft to earn $10M+ revenues per year. • Performed analysis on all major aircraft structures of 777 working with Federal Aviation Administration • Facilitated the aerospace materials’ behavior, design, analysis and repair as a subject matter expert • Coordinated with key suppliers as a key point of contact for Non-Conformance Records information • Excelled at the full range of product analysis with technical and professional communications • Raised $50K in a day by coordinating ECF awareness 5K walk and led team to raise total fund to $9.6M
