Daily Duties at General Electric:
• Led, managed, and oversaw Stress and Life Management Team and People Plan Team of 50+ people maintaining strong skills with less than 5% turnover of the engineering division for GE Aviation. • Developed and implemented a standardized analysis process for products reducing cost by $500K • Resolved a gap between analysis and test which led to 10% savings of overall engineering cost • Oversaw $5M budget annually, allocated resources for 15 people reduced 500+ hours that were redirect to other projects • Analyzed, reviewed and approved stress and lifecycle analysis packages for various products such as Shroud, Combustion-liner, Turbine-blade of airplane engines which led to successfully passing the engineering review board in a timely manner and on time production of commercial usages • Led highly intense product review meetings to finalize the technological aspects of the current and future generation products to become an industry leader
