• Managed and developed products including hardware, software, pre/post production, in-market and aftermarket services with 99% on time delivery track record in product management. • Implemented product improvement strategies to become the market leader in the aerospace product domains • Improved multiple processes in Six-Sigma and Lean (e. g. labor workflow and test compliance process) reduced over $3M of cost • Managed over 150 people saving 10% engineering hours and $20M+ annual budget in aerospace system • Analyzed data to forecast financial budget, resource allocation of over 500 engineers and managers for existing and upcoming projects in multiple facilities on a quarterly basis • Launched updated version of Cargo Handling System of $50M product in the market by the deadline within budget leading design, manufacturing, test, and certification • Redesigned and manufactured upgraded aftermarket product, Cargo Main-deck Display Unit, with new features resulting in $300M additional sales within a year • Led an engineering research team to redesign Power Drive Unit of $15M that successfully passed the rigorous requirements of Federal Aviation Administration and customers to enter the market • Led a test team efficiently for planning, approving, executing and monitoring $10M of component and finish product tests to validate hardware, software and compatibility resulted 15% cost savings
