• Consolidated purchasing of food materials and daily supplies for 13+ locations • Managed suppliers’ relationships by negotiating on prices, monitoring ordering and delivery, leveraging volume for improved pricing with selected best performance supplier, while decreasing the overheads incurred with managing numerous suppliers and vendors, saved over $100,000 in purchasing costs for 13+ locations annually • Worked with suppliers (US FOODS, PFG, Lipman Brothers and so on) on KPIs and SLAs • Controlled food and beverage inventories and costs; Managed corporate warehouse inventories • Cross-functionally worked with marketing team to implement S&OP in promoting specials based on seasonal materials price fluctuations • Investigated, resolved and responded to customers inquires, comments and complains to ensure a quality experience to enhance future sales prospects
