Led decision making and management of technology, policies, and processes for delivery of Web, Business Intelligence, and Analytics initiatives related to Clinical and Supply Chain software. Directed strategic planning to align IT functions with company objectives for business intelligence and customer-facing Web initiatives. Provided strategic and actionable insights to business leaders and clients through continued enhancement of data models and technology stacks. Managed 50-member team of staff and contractors.
