Daily Duties at Rsm Maintenance:
♣ Verify client work orders to ensure of completion. When necessary, process follow-up procedures to obtain an updated status on project for communication with clients. ♣ Establish and maintain vendor relationships throughout the working project. ♣ Negotiate and provide price quotes for clients. ♣ Select and dispatch appropriate field technicians for proper conclusion. ♣ Resolve issues or concerns with a professional approach. ♣ Comply with regulations, company policy, and procedures on a daily basis. ♣ Exceeds client expectation for results. Worked closely with landlord/owner of buildings to ensure proper conclusion. ♣ Works closely with Senior Project Manager, Quality Assurance Manager, and Director of Operations.
