Daily Duties at Net App:
Responsible for leading a team of Field Escalation Managers and Field Service Engineers in the Great Lakes / Ohio Valley districts that provided pre-sales and post-sales support for customers, partners, and sales teams with the primary responsibility of managing a positive customer experience. - Assisted with development and implementation of projects, policies, and best practices procedures. - Worked collaboratively to develop budgets for approval and ensured adherence. - Acted as a liaison with customers and internal cross-functional organizations to assist in the development, modification, and execution of company policies that positively affect operations and customers’ experiences with products and services.
