As an Intern, Biosurgery Business Development, Michael commenced a due diligence process and assessed the financial implications for a potential acquisition (upfront & milestone-based cash for assets) of a private developer of polymer hydrogels. He effectively determined opportunity cost to sales force and near term P&L impact. Ultimately recommended “No Go” to President due to opportunity cost and distraction to sales force.
