Yulista Management Services, Inc. provides ground vehicle modification services to support military weapon systems, ground combat systems, ground sensor and surveillance systems, and associated ground support equipment. Responsibilities • Planned and managed all design, schedule, cost changes, and communicated these changes to the customer to support complex, major weapons system from concept through field deployment. Negotiated, in conjunction with contracts personnel, all SOW changes with the customer to ensure reasonable tradeoffs and signoffs for changes initiated by the customer. Obtained written customer approval for all changes initiated by the program team prior to implementation. Supervised all customer communications related to the program. • Generated project requirements and documentation such as Request for Proposals (RFP), Proposal Execution Plans, Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), project budgets, subcontractor requirements, Rough Order of Magnitudes (ROM) and reviewed Data Item Descriptions (DID’s) and Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRL) to ensure projects remained on schedule, within budget, and were performed using approved Quality Management processes and procedures.
