• Developed and managed the program plan, program schedule and program budget for the manufacturing, fabrication, and integration work of the site. Engaged functional departments to create the program resource forecasts which established a common understanding and mitigated program risks among team members on scope, schedule, and financial objectives. • Established the work breakdown structure (WBS) consistent with the scope of work (SOW) and ensured each functional organization created the appropriate detailed work packages (control accounts) necessary to deliver the program, including staffing requirements, and ensured effective subcontract program management is achieved by ensuring the subcontractor is clear on scope, schedule and responsiveness. Ensured that the supply chain management plan meets program requirements and risks are identified and contingency plans developed. • Reviewed documentation for technical completeness and compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), state and federal laws, rules, regulations, guidelines and requirements.
