 Oversaw contract execution comprised of hardware delivery, software delivery, installation, training, implementation to assist customer in preparing the system, value-add consulting, testing, going live and support.  Spearheaded customer billing and revenue recognition based on flow and progression of contract execution, making critical accounting decisions based on GAAP and specific customer situations.  Helped develop and then presented contract execution process to Siemens auditors for Siemens Health Solutions first ISO 9000 certification.  Supported Quality Management and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance as member of Six Sigma task force.  Conducted performance reviews of staff, assessing talent and offering suggestions for improvement and greater accountability, recommending salary increases and promotions when warranted and terminations if necessary.
