Drove entire customer contract lifecycle, including initial discussions, evaluations, negotiations including pricing, discounts and special payment terms, approving appropriate modifications, financial optimization and execution. Created key performance indicators to measure success of contract implementations, including metrics on customer failings, product deficiencies, and need for Siemens support, and then executed fixes for resolution.
