Daily Duties at Maytag Inc:
Managed all assembly operations over 2 shifts for 4 ½ years. Then promoted to Quality Director and managed all the quality operations at the site for over 2 years. Supervised up to 13 salaried and 300 union associates. Company bought out by Whirlpool in 2006.
