: Created and then lead the first ever Weekend shift at Whirlpool. Then as Director of Support Operations managed all the weekday/weekend operations for the various assembly support groups. Managed up to 12 salaried and 1193 non-union associates with a budget of $45 Mil. Laid off in 2008 during the recession.
