Daily Duties at Ge Lighting:

: Managed all the assembly operations for the Linear Fluorescent Lighting (LFL) department, then managed the start up of two new Energy Efficient Halogen (EEH) assembly lines along with the Flares, Coiling, Cement Mix and Basefill areas. Managed 3 Team Leaders and up to 87 non-union associates.
