Daily Duties at Ge Lighting:
Responsible for all production and personnel at the Mattoon Lamp Plant. This plant makes Halogen lamps for various industries to include automotive customers and internal Energy Efficient Halogen bulbs. I lead 11 salaried and 133 hourly non-union employees.
