- Responsible for 18 team members and two direct reports - Responsible for annual purchases of over $4.5 billion into eighteen distribution centers, then into 7,600 CVS pharmacies - Manage the inventory of over 6,000 unique GM & Consumables items to maintain a store in stock fill rate of 97.5% - Partnered with Merchandising and Finance teams to leverage sales strategies and ensure sufficient inventories are available to the customer, while meeting the monthly inventory forecast - Partnered with Vendors, Supply Chain and Logistics to improve the overall flow of product into the distribution centers - Responsible for a cross functional team focused on high volume stores with annual sales over $130 billion, resulting in an InStock increase in 2015 of 16.9% and sales of $80 million over prior year, as well as an increase in 2016 of 7.2% in InStock and sales of $28M.
