Daily Duties at Hire Genics:
Program Manager for Day 1 and Day 2 integration of all IT functional areas and systems between two very large Fortune 500 semiconductor companies. Reporting to CIO. • As IT Program Lead, successfully completed the systems integration of all business applications and infrastructure between Broadcom and Avago Technologies. Managed a PMO of 12-14 project managers. • Generated weekly status reports to CIO, consolidating 180+ Microsoft project plans. Provided weekly slide decks that summarized overall status for CIO. Also pulled together information for monthly updates on program to CEO. • Effectively managed Microsoft Project Server 2013 for the combined company and all key IT projects
