• Conducted variance and cost-benefit analyses, forecasting, and comparisons of projected versus actual expenses, synthesizing findings and presenting regularly to senior management. • Collaborated regularly with corporate accounting, legal, production, contracts, and business affairs departments to derive key inputs for financial analysis. • Managed accounts payable/receivable, account reconciliations, and payroll for millions of dollars in monthly expenditures. • Ensured all contracts adhered to complex union and guild regulations. • Supervised all CBS Television Studios UPS, Staples, courier, and AMEX accounts for over 50 shows. • Oversaw all financial, operational, and HR aspects for up to 75 development deals, including negotiating deal terms, reviewing contracts for, and hiring for hundreds of staff.
