•Collaborated with key stakeholders, suppliers and transportation team to plan monthly contracted demand for customer supply at all US warehouse locations •Reviewed import documentation for regulatory compliance in all Customs and Government agencies •Maintained and reconciled purchase requisitions and contracts in SAP •Quoted and negotiated freight costs for all BU’s •Implemented and managed annual air export RFP, rate analysis and selection of preferred providers, adding efficiency to freight cost management resulting in approximately +20% annual savings on $10M air freight budget •Assisted stakeholders with project cargo, bulk logistics and capital equipment sourcing and transportation •Created and maintained metrics and tracking tools •Managed short lead time orders to meet deadlines and customer expectations •Created Letter of Credit documentation and banked documents, entered L/C documentation in SAP
