Daily Duties at Ipro Healthcare Quality Improvement Organization:
Primary responsibility for the coordination of New York State Department of Health contract projects including EQRO activities, HEDIS/QARR Medicaid Compliance audit activities, Quality Improvement studies, patient surveys and reporting. Managed day-to-day operations of Managed Care Department, including extensive organization and coordination of audit and quality improvement study activities, medical record reviews, staff travel, site visits, technical equipment needs, etc. Supervised and trained administrative support staff. Ensured department compliance with relevant State and Federal regulations. Conducted New York State Medicaid HEDIS/QARR Compliance Audits, including on-site reviews of Managed Care Organizations, Medical Record Review validation, Data Submission Tool validation, reporting of data and final report writing. Contract/workplan development.
