Oversaw wide range of IT and acquisition programs with input throughout entire lifecycle, with responsibility for ensuring attainment of specified deliverables. Served as primary technical point of contact for General Dynamics Information Technology Commercial Enterprise Omnibus support services (CEOss) a FFP, ID/IQ, Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), with responsibility for administration of $35M/year in contracts. Developed strategies for sector business model worth in excess of $150M. Fulfilled role of Capture Lead and Proposal Manager for new business opportunities. Secured contracts with HIMARS, MTVR/LVSR, IUID, COMSEC IUID and AMS TAC that generated $24M in annual revenue.
