Daily Duties at Patterson Medical Supply:
Managed P&L for 5 global manufacturing sites (US, Australia, Thailand). Managed and coordinated forecasts and production schedules for Thai and US factories to meet global sales forecasts. Worked with global sales and marketing to develop accurate S&OP forecasts and ensured that information was correctly implemented at each location. Reviewed actual sales vs forecasts weekly to identify trends and required changes. Created and managed continuous improvement activities and programs at all sites. Communicated effectiveness of improvement programs through establishment of KPI's detailing costs, delivery time, scrap, and equipment utilization. Ensured that compliance activities were being followed by conducting audits of all sites. Ensured that required actions such as reporting and licensing with US and international regulatory bodies were completed as required.
