 Served as Project Manager in a variety of mission-critical IT initiatives conducted and completed in a dynamic environment requiring the ability to identify the impact of cross projects and dependencies. Directed numerous Morgan Stanley Investment Management Engineering and Integration projects across platforms and business units.  Vetted the efforts of cross functional organizations with as many as 100 professionals in projects lasting as long as 14 months. Reviewed project requirements, outlined project scope and laid out the overall design. Guided all project work to ensure the completion of projects on time and on budget.  Provided senior level technical support to APG developers in area of system/ application requirement, hardware capacity, security review and coordination across business units.  Additionally served as a Network Integration Engineer. Managed planned implementation coordination and unplanned incident trouble shooting. Managed relations with external vendors providing investment management market data feeds.
