• Manage multi-site operational staffs with 56 direct and indirect reports • Manage customer service department with 1 direct and 6 indirect reports • Manage in-house and third party kitting centers and machine shop • Operations liaison with Stauff Brazil and Stauff Canada • Administer the ISO 9001 quality program as company QMR • Liaison for outside sales group on operations, quality, and special projects • Negotiate discounts with freight vendors and facility operation contracts
