During this 2 and a half year fellowship, I worked with researchers at Harvard and at Liberty Mutual Research Institute. At Liberty Mutual, I designed and led my own research, examining supervisor attitudes towards supporting workers with chronic health conditions. At Harvard, I led a portion of a large research project, working with Nurse Directors at Massachusetts General Hospital to improve safety and wellness among their staff.
