Daily Duties at Invesco :

My responsibilities include, 1. Crisis management response team. Support major Incident event, my responsibility includes - initiate incident response call, work with security team and infrastructure teams to identify threats (internal or external), assess impact analysis, status update to business and management, assess dependencies/ constraints/ time, and execute recovery/remediation plan 2. Support global disaster recovery exercise globally, including scoping event requirement and technical dependencies, identifying resource contact, hosting project meetings, creating event run book, provide communication to stakeholders and lead the implementation to the end. Other than scheduled event, also assist unplanned recovery event due to nature disaster, such as Toronto Ice Storm and hurricane flooding 3. project managed IT infrastructure projects, most of them are network/ security related, I worked with them to identify project scope, technical details and resource requirement, also address conflict, finalize timeline and provide communication through out the entire project cycle,
