In this role I utilize a collaborative management style to coach, develop and supervise both the finance and operations management teams of portfolio companies in both North America and Asia/Pac. Additionally, I take a direct hands management responsibility over daily accounting and finance functions for all portfolio companies to develop more accuracy and transparency of monthly financial reviews, quarterly rolling forecast, management dashboards, corrective action plans, global business process improvement projects, and strategic planning. These business process improvements include processes employed within manufacturing, sales & marketing, finance, distribution, channel sales and IT functions. Oftentimes I may switch between a strategic approach and/or tactical approach based upon the business challenges.
