Creating the mission, vision, and strategy necessary to the daily execution of all aspects of a comprehensive approach to meeting the following: needs assessment, strategic planning, internal and external communications systems development, forecasting, audits, budgeting, staff management & development in areas of Engineering, Operations, Industrial and Information Security, Intellectual Property Protection, Facility Support, HR, IT and Regulatory Compliance in such a way as to ensure continuous compliance and further risk reduction meeting Corporate and Government Agencies regulations and policies. Team builder/developer and leader, able to manage and motivate diverse functional and technical skill sets within local and remote teams to effect unified action in pursuit of organizational goals and achieving objectives.
