Supported Executive Director/Administrator in overseeing 90 bed skilled nursing facility and assisted living facilities. Attended Resident Council for over twenty residents. *Supervise each department head and rehabilitation department of ten or more employees. Attended Care Plan meetings with department heads. *Oversee annual budget of one million dollars, finance, and variances. Worked closely with business office to verify insurance and resident accounts. *Oversee the development, implementation, and assessment-MDS and care plan process. *Followed Federal and State, County, local regulations/standards. *Worked closely with marketing director to visit hospitals and case managers to develop referrals.
